What does a typical day look like?
Our goal is to provide efficient and friendly service: registering customers in the system and scheduling service appointments. This job requires patience, strong organizational skills, and professionalism, as every interaction needs to be handled with accuracy and clear information. We're the first point of contact for customers, so it's important that conversations are calm and reliable.
What we're looking for:
Strong computer skills - all tasks are done electronically.
- Fluent English skills (min. C2) - essential for serving our customers.
- The ability to listen and read with comprehension, and to express yourself clearly and respectfully.
- Willingness to work in a shift system - Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Remote work requirements:
