Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team with general customer service administration, order management, and fulfillment coordination. It involves close collaboration with field teams and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of operational activities, task coordination across markets, and support for training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong working relationships with major customers across various retail channels (e.g., Discount, Hypermarkets, Export, etc.).
- Ensure accurate registration and documentation of value-related adjustments and commercial agreements in internal systems.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and reduce process deviations.
- Support coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer operations.
- Manage documentation flow related to account corrections and contract-based adjustments.
- Track and maintain relevant data for internal reporting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives, including support for systems and commercial/logistics projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and accuracy in commercial records for key customers.
- Responsible for the correct and timely registration of disputes in SAP system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Economics, Logistics or related fields.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within operations, supply chain, customer support or commercial.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of business or accounting processes.
