Role and Responsibilities
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production plan and coordinate on-time deliveries from the plant to the customer
- Report and support the execution of weekly and monthly sales plans
- Analyze KPIs and implement improvement actions
- Lead regular meetings with business stakeholders
- Initiate, plan, and implement new projects within the supply chain area
- Collaborate closely with sales, demand planning, product management, and finance teams
- Conduct data analysis using MS Excel, SAP, and internal SCM systems
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment
- Ability to identify critical or risky points in processes and propose effective solutions
- Solid knowledge of supply chain processes with a desire to learn and grow
- Very good command of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Very good command of English, enabling effective day-to-day communication
