The Group also provides and distributes spare parts for automakers and independent aftermarket operators.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials and components to meet production and customer demand. This role plays a key part in balancing material availability, supplier performance, and inventory optimization. The Supply Chain Scheduler acts as a liaison between suppliers, planning, production, logistics, and purchasing to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components in alignment with company targets.
Track and report daily inventory levels; lead actions to reduce excess stock.
Identify material supply issues, define and follow up corrective actions quickly.
Participate in cross-functional meetings (Purchasing, Logistics, Production) and support the implementation of supply chain improvement tools (Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk Run, etc.).
Meet key suppliers regularly (at least once per year) and define logistics protocols in coordination with External Flow Analysts and Purchasing.
Join our team if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of planning processes (SIOP, MRP, MPS).
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar).
Solid Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level required)
