The Impact You'll Make
As our Supply Chain Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless supply chain integration within New Product Development (NPD) projects – enabling efficient product launches and supporting operational readiness across our global teams.
Your impact? You will ensure that manufacturing, planning, logistics, and quality functions are aligned to meet project milestones, cost targets, and supply readiness. Thanks to your leadership, new products will reach the market on time, within budget, and with robust supply chain support – benefiting our customers, operations, and overall business performance.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, logistics, planning, and quality, and take ownership of the supply chain workstream within NPD projects – driving risk mitigation, end-to-end planning, and cross-functional alignment – helping us move toward a more efficient, agile, and innovation-ready future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead supply chain activities in NPD projects, ensuring readiness from prototype through to full production.
- Coordinate input and execution from key supply chain functions: manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Project Management to align deliverables with project milestones.
- Develop and manage supply chain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation actions.
- Drive manufacturability and cost-efficiency in early product design phases.
- Ensure smooth handover to manufacturing and operational teams at launch.
- Report progress, risks, and key decisions to project and functional leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in a project-based or NPD environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
