At Tesla, our Parts Advisors play an important role in service operations, offering fundamental support to both Technicians and customers in our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
As a Parts Advisor, you will provide critical parts support to the service centre, liaise with other departments, as well as focussing on the continuous development of your skills. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service to customers.

What You'll Do
As a parts advisor you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and allocating parts: as a parts advisor you will source and allocate part in our location in Warsaw as well as support our technicians and mobile technicians
- Quality Checks: You will receive and check quality of the relevant parts and ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Point of contact: You will communicate any updates to technicians and Service Centers when required
- Monitoring inventory: You will assist in monitoring inventory within the parts system, rearranging any appointments where the parts will not be available on time if required
- Reviewing processes: You will process returned warranty parts for review
- Ensuring Health and Safety regulations: You will ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are adhered to, for both employees and customers
What You'll Bring
- You have the relevant technical background: A background of working within warehousing, logistics or automotive industries
- Team oriented: You are able to thrive in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Curiosity: Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies to further develop in role
- You bring strong communications skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Multitasking: Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines and solve problems
- MS Office Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license: Must have had a valid driver’s license and maintain a valid and safe driving record
