As a recruitment partner for Ovoko, we are assisting in the search for talented professionals to join their team in Poland.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist at Ovoko, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new partners across Poland, build strong relationships, and help them engage with the Ovoko platform. You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development Managers, learning from their expertise and contributing to Ovoko’s growth by converting new sellers into successful partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new partners across Poland.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit for Ovoko’s platform.
- Present Ovoko’s solutions and onboard new partners.
- Help new partners become active and successful contributors to the platform.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the growth and success of new partners.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Young professionals with 1-3 years of sales experience (any background is welcome).
- Native Polish speakers (this is essential for the role).
- Basic English proficiency (advanced level not required).
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage with partners effectively.
- Open to learning and growing within a supportive company.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
