- Draft technical documentation (user guides, manuals, newsletters, training materials, workflows, contextual help, special reports).
- Develop formatting and style policies to ensure consistency.
- Provide quality assurance for all project documentation.
- Collaborate on layout, graphics, and publication design.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations based on strategic documentation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation in documentation.
- Manage repositories, versions, and publications.
- Implement and maintain documentation tools.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience in technical writing.

- Proficiency with design, authoring, and office automation tools.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations and training.
- Knowledge of software development technologies and limitations.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and related tools.
- Knowledge of technical documentation standards and frameworks.
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., wikis, MOSS).
- University degree (not mandatory in ICT).
