Key responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data in terms of turnover and profitability
- Contribute to define standard reports to monitor and track parts business
- Collaborate with local market organizations to define local standard reports to properly monitor performance of the sales activities
- Collaborate with internal functions to collect all necessary information to build report and structure them according to company guidelines
- Support to identify trends and opportunities in the parts business
- Maintain and update information about ongoing activities through notes/tracking tools/CRM
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor main KPIs
- Collaborate to identify underperforming areas
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience in data analysis and data visualization,
- Experience in sales support activities,
- Ability to synthesize information,
- Strong organizational and project management skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerBI
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
