As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end in-house recruitment processes, building talent pipelines , and supporting hiring managers in identifying the best candidates to drive Ardigen’s mission forward. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and can balance structured recruitment processes with creative sourcing strategies.
The role requires effective communication in both formal and informal settings, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a genuine interest in creating a positive candidate experience. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the IT, biotech, or life sciences industry will be considered a strong asset.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers) .
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and shape effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates through networking, direct search, and other creative methods.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Support employer branding activities to strengthen Ardigen’s position as an attractive workplace.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and the People & Culture team.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across teams to align on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, including employee engagement, internal communication, and company-wide events.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, bringing in best practices and innovative solutions.
A master’s degree in an HR-related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency), preferably within IT, biotech, or life sciences industries.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both candidates and hiring managers.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and closing).
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Familiarity with sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in formal and informal settings.
Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and promoting employer branding.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
Willingness to actively support the People & Culture team in broader company initiatives (e.g., engagement programs, employer branding, internal events, or process improvements).
