Junior IT Service Desk Specialist

Your role:
- Provide first and second line IT support via phone, email, and in person
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
- Manage and update service tickets in the system, ensuring proper communication and follow-up
- Test new features and updates in internal systems and applications
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to resolve technical problems
- Create user manuals and training materials to support internal users
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest optimizations
Our requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- English proficiency (B2 or higher) – both spoken and written
- Interest in IT and willingness to learn new technologies
- Basic knowledge of computer networks is a plus
