Customer Service and Administration Specialist:
Job Description
Processing of purchase orders and invoices in SAP system.
Sales order entry and invoicing in SAP system.
Negotiation with transport companies and shipments’ coordination.
Cooperation with the company's headquarters in Italy.
Preparation of internal reports.
Close cooperation with the Sales, Finance, Marketing departments.
Other administrative and office work.
Requirements
Knowledge of SAP system modules SD, MM.
English language level B2.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
High personal culture and business maturity.
Ability to properly and punctually perform assigned tasks.
Ability to organize work efficiently.
Accuracy, regularity, openness and commitment.
