As part of our strategic expansion into Central Poland, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively acquire new B2B clients in the power generation, energy, industrial, installation, and design sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Analyze client needs and provide technical consultation on generator solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to tailor solutions to client requirements.
  • Support tender processes and participate in early-stage market consultations.
  • Cooperate with technical support teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee delivery execution and acceptance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Polish market - preferably in the energy, electrical engineering, or generator set sectors.
  • Strong expertise and existing network in the industrial and energy sectors, particularly in power engineering, backup power systems, and high-power generator sets.
  • Practical understanding of generator set operation and technical specifications.
  • An existing client base or solid contacts among end users, system integrators, installation companies, and design offices.
  • Solid knowledge of the Polish energy market and competitive landscape.
  • Higher education in a technical, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Confident in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Valid category B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
  • Familiarity with modern sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a high degree of commitment, initiative, and creativity.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Existing portfolio of clients or warm leads in Poland.
  • Familiarity with Könner & Söhnen or similar technical product lines.
  • Experience participating in industry events, trade fairs, or exhibitions.
