- Actively acquire new B2B clients in the power generation, energy, industrial, installation, and design sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Analyze client needs and provide technical consultation on generator solutions.
- Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical department to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Support tender processes and participate in early-stage market consultations.
- Cooperate with technical support teams and subcontractors. Oversee delivery execution and acceptance procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Polish market - preferably in the energy, electrical engineering, or generator set sectors.
- Strong expertise and existing network in the industrial and energy sectors, particularly in power engineering, backup power systems, and high-power generator sets.
- Practical understanding of generator set operation and technical specifications.
- An existing client base or solid contacts among end users, system integrators, installation companies, and design offices.
- Solid knowledge of the Polish energy market and competitive landscape.
- Higher education in a technical, business, or related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Confident in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Valid category B driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
- Familiarity with modern sales and negotiation techniques.
- Resilient under pressure, with a high degree of commitment, initiative, and creativity.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Existing portfolio of clients or warm leads in Poland.
- Familiarity with Könner & Söhnen or similar technical product lines.
- Experience participating in industry events, trade fairs, or exhibitions.
