Position: Supply Chain Support - Replenishment Representative
Introduction: As a Replenishment representative in a chemical manufacturing company, your primary responsibility would be efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of supplying goods. This role involves handling order placements through SAP, managing stock levels, overseeing inbound logistics, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring accurate reporting.
What would you be responsible for:
Order Planning & Processing:
- Create, release, and manage purchase and stock transfer orders in SAP based on forecast and stock requirements.
- Monitor order confirmations and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve invoice mismatches including collaboration with other stakeholders: finance, procurement, and suppliers
Stock Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across the warehousing network.
- Track inventory movements and initiate stock adjustments in coordination with other involved stakeholders
- Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate disposal of expired, damaged, or non-conforming materials according to internal policies and external regulations
Inbound Management:
- Coordinate incoming shipments, including booking deliveries, tracking goods-in-transit, and confirming receipts in SAP.
- Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
- OTIF Reporting:
- Generate and analyze On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance reports.
- Work with stakeholders to improve delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Planning or Logistics
- Strong analytical skills – ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently but also knowing when to escalate issues.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Languages: English, Polish
- Based in Warsaw
