This role is responsible for providing quality expertise on ClearCorrect DPS quality control, process improvements, guidance on product/process failure analysis and customer complaint resolutions as well as other quality related matters.
This position is based in Wroclaw office office, reports directly to DPS Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Execute Quality activities from policy to execution
Establish requirements in quality standards, systems, processes, and procedures, to ensure that operating actions meet requirements as defined by global and local statutes.
Establish key quality metrics and develop collection, analysis, and reporting systems, which promote timely communication and corrective action.
Evaluation and cross match data and making sure treatment set-ups are of optimum quality and ready to be processed.
Ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Identify certain trends in customer comments or complaints on priority basis for corrective action or training recommendations
Responsible to create documentation/presentation weekly based on customer feedback and team quality performance.
Conduct QAs and/or managers product Quality review/training meetings.
Update quality standards, regulations/protocols, and qualities issues.
Implementing protocols and coordinating testing session with head office.
Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and other functions on process improvement activities, including process capability studies and gauge reproducibility &repeatability.
Assist manufacturing and engineering on equipment qualifications and process validations as needed.
Overseeing all quality-related communications, perform quality related training to the DPS or as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant Field
2 yrs. experience in Digital Orthodontic treatment planning.
Ability to do research and come up with creative, compliant solutions for quality challenges.
Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
Working with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multitask and able to handle stressful situations while giving high quality service.
Being a Self-learner, have a professional outgoing personality, positivity, and patience.
Requires the ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form with all levels of the organization. Advanced presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
