Operation Quality & OpEx Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the quality strategy for the local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Your Responsibilities
Regular coordination and reporting on supplier-related issues
Supporting the resolution of supplier cases by reviewing root cause analyses and the implementation of preventive and corrective actions in supplier processes
Cooperating with buyers to engage suppliers and ensure delivery quality when needed
Working with suppliers to implement agreed improvement activities related to products and processes
Providing input for supplier evaluations and participating in supplier audits
Ensuring the incoming inspection process and supporting the qualification of new materials and components
Qualifications for the Role
Graduate of a secondary technical school in electrical or mechanical engineering (with a school-leaving certificate) or equivalent qualification/certification in the electrical field
English level B1
Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies is an advantage
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with team members and suppliers
