Service Quality Specialist
YOUR TASKS:
- Be the Service Quality Regional representative
- Perform the Service / Project Management handover audit on-site.
- Perform & record Regional process audits and results (Level 2) in the Customer Service Office / Service Point and onsite or in the Wind Turbines, reporting and highlighting deviations in company systems.
- Establishes Quality Assurance and Quality Control for product or technical service, vendors evaluations, and off-shore Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Continuous improvement: propose improvement axis, review and validate all actions plan solution submitted and put in place.
- Perform, if task has been assigned, the local Subcontractor qualification process, auditing their processes, supervising the test with technical experts.
- Review documentation applicability.
- Give the Quality talks boxes to Operation teams.
- Oversees regional Quality Assurance & Quality Control team and vendors to implement and enforce corporate Quality Assurance & Quality Control policies.
- Report and align initiatives with the Global Service Quality Head and be an active member of the Quality Community
- Demonstrable experience in Quality topics are Audits, Quality Control Plan, Problems solving methodology, Quality Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience working as similar position in Industrial environment, ideally Wind Industry
- Health and Safety awareness
YOUR PROFILE :
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial apprenticeship.
- Driving License.
- Qualified to a recognized level.
- Qualified in Quality methodology and tools and/or Quality audits.
- Computer literate, able to use MS Office and SAP and in house database and workload management systems.
- Physically and mentally fit – able to work at heights.
- Able to lead a Team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home.
- Must have a “can do” and positive attitudes. Systematic problem-solving and solution-focused behavior.
