We are looking for a Cash Application Representative to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wrocław office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
- Book the credit side of bank statements with precision
- Allocate customer receipts accurately to ensure smooth financial operations
- Collect and organize remittance advices to maintain accurate records
- Take responsibility for reconciling not applied cash GL accounts
- Provide support in T&E processes and administration
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address any accounting issues that arise
- Work closely with GL Accountants, and Debt Collection teams to ensure seamless operations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
- Proficiency in Polish and English at minimum B2 level
- Team-oriented with a dedicated approach to work
- Positive attitude and motivated to contribute
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience in GL accounting
- Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
