THE POSITION
Joining our company, you will gather an overview of the Credit Management and other processes within Forecast to Cash Stream (Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management). You will be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities. As an intern, you will be able to support the Forecast to Cash Stream on daily tasks by learning how to use different tools and systems, how to process various finance related tasks.
The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program (contract of mandate) as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability (full-time or part-time). We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Performs and ensures timely completion of credit management activities for Boehringer Ingelheim legal entities in scope not limited to the following: (Credit Block Release, Credit Risk Evaluation, Minimize the risk of bad debt)
- Manage and perform the regular monitoring(weekly/monthly) of the Boehringer Ingelheim receivables for the GBSC countries by using data prediction applications
- Performs services for the local countries according to the service level agreements.
- Support of Credit Management, Accounts Receivable and Supply Chain Management Teams in the daily activities
