What You Can Expect
We are looking for a motivated Cash Application Specialist to join our ITC team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting and reconciling customer payments, supporting the financial operations for German‑speaking clients, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. How You'll Create Impact
Process and apply incoming customer payments in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/High Radius)
Verify remittance advice and ensure accurate allocation of payments
Investigate and clear unapplied/unidentified cash in a timely manner
Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare cash application reports (KPI/SLA, outstanding payments)
Collaborate with finance and customer service teams in Germany and Poland to resolve payment issues
Support month‑end closing activities within Accounts Receivable / Order‑to‑Cash processes
What Makes You Stand Out
University degree or current studies (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields preferred)
Very good command of German (min. B2) and English
Basic understanding of accounting or finance processes (ITC / Accounts Receivable is an asset)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numerical data
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow in a multinational corporate environment
