The Impact You'll Make
As our Supply Chain Lead/Project Engineer, you’ll support the smooth integration of supply chain activities in New Product Development (NPD) projects – helping us launch new products efficiently and successfully into regular production.
Your impact? You’ll coordinate input from manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, planning, and quality, making sure that supply chain tasks are ready on time and aligned with project milestones. Thanks to your work, our teams will be able to move from prototype to production smoothly, keeping timelines and costs on track.
You’ll work closely with R&D, Product Management, and Operations, acting as the supply chain point of contact in NPD projects – helping us move toward a more efficient and innovation-ready future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate supply chain-related tasks in NPD projects, from prototype through to production launch
- Support alignment across functions such as manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, planning, and quality
- Assist in developing project timelines, risk mitigation actions, and readiness checks
- Provide input on manufacturability and cost-efficiency in early design phases
- Ensure smooth handover of supply chain tasks to operational teams once products are launched
- Track and report progress on supply chain deliverables to the project team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Initial experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing – internships or project work are welcome
- Interest in project coordination and working in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Very good English
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in an international environment
