Job Description
Madiff is looking for a motivated, well-organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and provide essential support across various departments. Main Responsibilities
Managing daily confidential company correspondence and courier shipments (scanning, filing, mailing).
Maintaining both paper and digital document archives.
Preparing documents, reports, summaries, invoices, and internal documentation.
Administrative support for managers and project teams.
Organizing meetings, internal events and business travel.
Onboarding new employees .
Managing internal databases and systems
Supporting recruitment and sales teams in their daily tasks.
Providing assistance to consultants and clients.
Ensuring the functionality of office equipment and handling day-to-day office needs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position (experience in IT consulting is a strong plus).
Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, time management, and ability to work independently.
Basic accounting knowledge (contracts, invoicing) is a plus.
On-site availability in Warsaw.
Student status is welcome but not required.
