To support this development, we are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations Department and help manage orders and requests from our global distributor network.
Your Profile:
- Fluent English, both verbally and in writing (essential)
- Positive attitude, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to the work assigned
- Previous experience in Sales Operations or order handling is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to teach you everything you need to know if you bring the right mindset!
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and processing sales and purchase orders
- Managing and updating software subscriptions
- Handling communication with customers and distributors (mostly via email)
- Monitoring customer accounts and managing internal case handling
- Coordinating across departments to resolve order-related issues
- Supporting the sales team with reporting and data
