Project Overview
A major digital transformation initiative by a global Fintech company headquartered in the Netherlands. The goal is to develop a next-generation Web and Mobile Portal that supports multi-platform access, real-time data processing, customer onboarding, secure
transactions, and personalized financial dashboards. The solution will be built using Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and will Follow Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
This cross-functional, international team will also deliver mobile applications for iOS and Android, built natively using Swift and Kotlin, respectively, and integrate them seamlessly with the web backend.
We are hiring Senior and Mid-Level professionals for the following roles:
1. Node.js Developers (Senior & Middle)
Develop backend microservices using Node.js for core portal functionalities.
Integrate third-party APIs and ensure secure transaction handling.
Optimize backend performance and participate in architectural design reviews.
Work closely with frontend teams for seamless API consumption.
2. Java Developers (Senior & Middle)
Build scalable, enterprise-grade services in Java using Spring Boot.
Design APIs and services to handle large volumes of financial data.
Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and Agile planning sessions.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
3. React.js Developers (Senior & Middle)
Implement responsive and dynamic UI components using React.js.
Work with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
Manage state effectively using tools like Redux or Context API.
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure end-to-end performance.
4. PHP Developers (Senior & Middle)
Support legacy system integrations and backend development in PHP.
Assist in API development and platform migration efforts.
Maintain existing PHP services while aligning with modern microservices architecture.
5. Python Developers (Senior & Middle)
Develop backend services for data analytics and processing.
Automate workflows and support financial report generation modules.
Collaborate with DevOps and Data teams on integration points and pipelines.
6. DevOps Engineers (Senior & Middle) – Kubernetes & Kafka Focus
Design and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes. Build and manage data streaming infrastructure with Apache Kafka.
Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and monitor system health.
Support infrastructure as code and high-availability deployments.
7. Next.js Developers (Senior & Middle)
Build high-performance, SEO-optimized pages using Next.js.
Support SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) use cases.
Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs to deliver dynamic content.
Ensure optimal performance across multiple devices and screen sizes.
8. Swift Developers (Senior & Middle)
Develop native iOS apps that mirror the web portal’s functionalities.
Integrate with backend APIs and handle secure financial transactions.
Implement user-friendly mobile UI/UX aligned with Apple’s guidelines.
Write unit and UI tests to ensure high-quality code.
9. Kotlin Developers (Senior & Middle)
Design and build native Android applications for financial services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across devices.
Implement secure data storage, authentication, and real-time updates.
General Requirements for All Roles:
Strong experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Ability to work remotely with international stakeholders.
Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset and solution-oriented thinking.
