WHO’S NEEDED
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who already has experience in project management and will lead end-to-end projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and communication with the team and clients.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
- Planning, managing and coordinating IT projects,
- Creating schedules and monitoring the progress of work,
- Managing the project team and supporting the achievement of goals,
- Maintaining client relationships and reporting on project status.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience,
- Ability to work with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, MS Project).
APPRECIATED SKILLS:
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master),
- Knowledge of English at B2 level,
- Ability to analyze data and create project reports.
- Participation in projects using IBM solutions, such as Watson, FileNet or Business Automation Workflow.
