Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements and tender documentation
- Analyze complex data structures to identify dependencies and design efficient processes
- Create warehouse layouts and infrastructure concepts using Calculation- and CAD-tools as well as MS Office Products
- Prepare cost calculations, pricing models, and commercial assumptions for proposals
- Present solutions to customers and support sales during acquisition and implementation phases
- Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and align sub-projects to ensure smooth execution
- Identify risks and initiate corrective actions throughout all project phases, including ramp-up and stabilization
- Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders and maintain project documentation
- Support operations with reports, tools, and analyses as requested by management
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in project management and/or solution design in contract logistics
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, with hands-on mentality and initiative
- Proven leadership skills in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Proficiency in calculations, project management tools and change management methodologies
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office Products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing situations
- Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel and participate in long-term project assignments across Poland
