WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the construction process of our store projects, from initial project planning and preparation throughout to the project finishing date. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M Group standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues for all brands.
You will:
- Projects management (new store openings/rebuilds/consolidations) in Poland.
- Coordination of all procedures to ensure the smooth continuance of projects.
- Communication, and cooperation with other teams, and departments e.g. concerning project schedules, cost follow-up, layout, security, IT, store planners, staff needs, etc.
- Secure that contractors and partners are working in line with H&M agreements.
- Coordinate on time deliveries together with NCG Responsible.
- Ensures compliance with H&M standards, building codes and regulations, and Health and Safety codes.
- Follow up and inform the Construction and Facility Manager on the progress and financial development of the project.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution. You’ll also coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and local authorities, while working internally with finance, procurement, and health & safety teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
