Department Overview
The EMEA Support Services organization provides administrative, financial and operational support for Europe, Middle East and Africa Managed and Support Services business. The Contract Management Team is fully responsible for managing support service contracts including: contract setup in the system, entitlement management, Business Intelligence reporting, invoicing, revenue recognition and database updating, as well as one off invoicing and supporting service billable requests.
Job Description
- Assisting with the administration of assigned contracts and related submittals
- Coordinating preparation of assigned documentation through internal approval process
- Monitoring contract submittals to ensure timely and coordinated responses and compliance
- Contract loading, contract corrections and changes, database management and work tickets
- Serving as a liaison for Sales, Field Service, Finance, Credit, Order Management,
- Communicating across MSI functional organization and Service Partners to resolve any contract or billing issues
- Maintaining efficient cycle time of processing contracts through measured results and case management
- Assisting with training of new team members as needed
- Communicating with EMEA teams throughout contract process
Basic Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Administration or related field/experience
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge about MS Office (Excel) and Google Suite
- Keen attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Team player with strong communications skills
- Excellent time management, communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in contract administration, help desk, customer service or related field
- Experience with MS Office (Excel) and Google Suite would be a plus
- Experience with Oracle system would be a plus
