Join our team in the position of:
QA Engineer/QA Specialist (m/f)
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
(Temporary contract 12-18 months/mission)
Responsibilities:
- Support factory start-up in specific areas of expertise (e.g. food safety, HACCP, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content)
- Promote quality awareness across the company
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area
- Support activities to achieve compliance with the quality systems requirements
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise
- Conduct quality audits
Our expectations:
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality department
- Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs
- Developed ability to build personal relationships with different functions based on trust and open communication
- Developed training and coaching skills
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Proficiency in MS Office
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
