Role : Contract Specialist
Job type : Contract – 12 Months initially(Freelance or B2B with UK Entity)
Location : Katowice, Poland
A good Contracting Specialist should ideally embody all of the following qualities and skills:
perfect command of business law
managed over 180 contracts per year
extensive contracting experience with Master Agreements, SOW/ Statement of Work, Amendments, etc.
extensive knowledge of the business sector that the company operates in
unrivaled precision, meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic
good interpersonal, communication and simple explanation skills
an analytical mind, which is essential for guiding decision making
skilled in diplomacy and drafting, especially in disputes and contract drafting.
Experience in procurement is greatly appreciated.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 11,000.00zł - 12,000.00zł per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 40-136 Katowice: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
