Currently we are looking for a Junior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding Team and help us deliver our solutions to customers in a quick and seamless way! Interacting with clients worldwide, colleagues who are experts in hospitality and travel-tech and being constantly exposed to our technology will provide you with a great opportunity to become an expert in dealing with a diverse set of stakeholders, develop your hospitality domain experience and tech skills.
Daily activities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process,

Deliver all onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring projects go live on schedule,

Ensure clients enjoy a seamless and positive onboarding experience,

Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned projects,
- Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.
Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities,
-
Previous professional experience in a hotel or a software company within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of daily hotel operations,

Basic knowledge of the onboarding process in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model,

Strong organisational and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Polish,

Guest-centric mindset and an international mentality,
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings (mainly domestic, no more than a couple of times a year) - while this is a remote role, we enjoy meeting each other from time to time.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Spanish or Czech would be a big plus.
