Introduction:
Would you like to become part of a rapidly growing team with an exceptional client roster? We are seeking an ambitious Junior Client Director to help drive the success and continued growth of MetrixLab, Poland. Applicants need to be agile and innovative market research experts with excellent client relationship skills and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Primary objective of the role is to drive and support the achievement of sales and business development objectives from both, an assigned mix of existing and new clients.
This is also a training role, where you work closely with, and learn from, more senior Client Directors or Group Account Leader. So, you are supporting more senior commercial leaders, on a major account, to learn how they develop proposals, persuade clients, deliver insight and consultancy, and ultimately how they win business and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
You will arrange & develop input for client meetings.
You will develop research proposals that reflect the business requirements of clients, negotiate and sell projects.
You will work with the research team to successfully deliver projects (arrange kick-off meetings, review research reports / storytelling, present insights to clients in a clear and inspiring way).
You will build & grow lasting client relationships.

Able to understand client needs and demands in research context.
5+ years’ experience in market research in either a commercial or research role
BS/BA in Marketing/Business or related field is nice to have
