Client Onboarding Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Set up client data and configurations in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines
- Review, validate, and authorize data elements in relevant platforms and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Client Services, Implementation Support) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Support projects related to account services and take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems or features
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis on complex issues to enhance performance and reduce risk
- Stay up to date with internal procedures and apply applicable banking regulations while processing requests
Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in client onboarding or roles involving system configuration and data management
- Strong written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or University degree required
