Description Overview
Join the new Perrigo Artwork Hub—a purpose-built team powering end-to-end artwork creation, from strategy to execution and regulatory excellence. You’ll deliver high-quality, on-time artwork using KPIs to continually optimise our processes. Work hand-in-hand across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain to elevate our branded portfolio.
The Artwork Coordinator assists in the day-to-day administration of the layout, design, and production of artwork to support the artwork team. This role ensures accurate artwork builds, serves as a point person for artwork production, and provides administrative support to artwork management.
We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Scope of the Role
- Provide artwork and packaging support to ensure artwork build is accurate.
- Serve as a point person for layout, design, and production of artwork.
- Enter job and art-specific data into job tracking system.
- Elevate identified design and printing issues, follow up on problem resolution.
- Provide administrative support to artwork management.
Experience Required
- High School or vocational qualification.
- Knowledge of Artwork Management Systems (AMS) such as esko WebCenter, SAP, or similar systems would be an asset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and take initiatives.
- Good organization and multitasking abilities.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
