Obowiązki
- coordinating packaging projects from concept to production, ensuring timely execution,
- collaborating with marketing, design, R&D, supply chain teams, and external suppliers,
- organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and monitoring project progress,
- identifying risks and bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions,
- creating reports on project progress, challenges, and recommendations,
- managing the feedback loop, consolidating comments, and ensuring process efficiency,
- supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Wymagania
- at least 3 years of experience in artwork, packaging, or project management in the FMCG sector,
- understanding of the artwork, printing, and digital asset creation process,
- ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment,
- familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira),
- basic knowledge of graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite) to facilitate collaboration with creative teams,
- strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience in working with stakeholders,
- knowledge of marketing, branding, and product development to support effective communication.
