Join our Product Department as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in helping our Scrum team deliver real value.
Youll support a high-performing team focused on innovation and continuous learning. As a Project Coordinator, youll help foster a safe and trusting environment where challenges are addressed openly, collaboration is encouraged, and outcomes matter. Working closely with the Director of Products and the Project Manager, youll help translate strategy into action and ensure smooth execution of our product goals.

Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in team management and coordination
- Solid communication skills and an analytical mindset
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Scrum framework
Would be a plus:
- Hands-on experience working with a Scrum team
- Experience collaborating with remote teams
- Familiarity with tools like MS Teams, Jira, DevOps (TFS)
- Experience creating presentations with Draw.io, Miro, or PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Products/Project Manager to support product development programs and guide the team toward innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor agile activities within the team, driving quality and efficiency
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Planning Poker, and Knowledge Sharing sessions
- Act as a connector between stakeholders and development teams motivating, mediating, and keeping everyone aligned
- Proactively identify and escalate blockers, remove obstacles, and support ongoing team improvement
- Report progress and align regularly with the Project Manager of Products
