Position Overview
The Procurement Program Lead is an influential and interactive lead role responsible for overseeing cross functional, cross country and matrixed programs and drives the execution of complex mission-critical transformational initiatives, enhancements and/or programs to support the end-to-end source to pay lifecycle for both domestic and international teams. This is a collaborative role with the ability to approach business planning, prioritization, programs, and projects from a broad, strategic perspective; an ability to lead and influence others, and to contribute both strategically and operationally to provide value across multiple disciplines. The Procurement Program Lead is accountable to the success of their assigned transformational initiatives, enhancements and/or programs. Examples may include but are not limited to project oversight, end-to-end advanced analytics (master data, reports, dashboards), end-to-end governance/documentation (creation and maintenance) and organizational change management (training curriculum design, development and deployment).
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leads program initiatives and coordinates required resources to achieve ideal outcomes with particular ability to look at unique needs across country locations to identify better practices to meet the long terms needs for all international locations
- Drives collaboration and is able to influence senior executives for process changes and program efficiencies, including but not limited to materiality thresholds, risk tolerances and roles and responsibilities across teams.
- Ability to lead and influence matrixed team members within Poland and other geographies for process changes and change management activities
- Serves as expert resource in the development of transformational strategies, industry best practices and multi-year roadmap.
- Identify continuous improvements efforts necessary for key stakeholders to better deliver against their goals and maturity.
- Support, monitor and analyze impact of transformation initiatives and/or programs; evaluate potential risk and propose appropriate tradeoffs.
- Coordinates prioritization efforts with key stakeholders to ensure optimization of resource availability and overall approach to mature the source to pay experience.
- Responsible for the development of programs and processes are designed to operationalize across the enterprise, becoming systemic over time.
- Responsible to the development and maintenance of end-to-end governance, policies, procedures, processes, training, reporting and adherence measurements.
- Lead organizational and project and/or program readiness, change management, adoption, and deployment of digital technology solutions to drive better stakeholder outcomes and maturity.
- Supports the advancement of source to pay metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), sustainability and ESG metrics as well as advanced analytics.
- Providing stakeholders with ongoing feedback and summaries of progress, risks, and timelines to project or program status.
- Serve in a project management and Subject Matter Expert capacity to support key objectives, as needed.
- Hold teams accountable to program/initiative/business metrics and required progress (e.g., timeline, budget, scope of impact, performance metrics) while surfacing critical business topics for discussion or deep dives.
- Works with key partners to develop, deliver and maintain training for the entire source to pay lifecycle.
- Supports the creation and maintenance of Policies, Procedures, Job Aids, SOPs, Quick Reference Guides.
- In partnership with leadership, develops and evolves the source to pay technology landscape.
- Develop, maintain, and promote trusting and effective partnerships, across the enterprise. Communicate clearly and frequently with all stakeholders and partners.
- Assist in removing barriers and blockers teams encounter in executing the work.
- Support the development of high-quality, effective presentations that tie strategies together into a cohesive story.

- Ability to travel 10-25% of working time away from work location especially across multiple international sites, will include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a field related to the essential duties of this role.
- 5+ years of professional industry related work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement or working with an ERP system.
- 1+ years of experience in data structure development, data analytics and creating dashboards.
- 1+ years of experience leading projects and offering thought leadership within a cross functional and matrixed environment.
- 1+ years of experience in training design with a learning management system (LMS) or leading the design of training materials.
- Experience within a regulated field (examples may include, HHS, FDA, CFPB, NAIC, FDIC).
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics or a field related to the essential duties of this role.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/ audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a world class source to pay organization and influence business stakeholders of all levels.
- CPSM or professional procurement certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certifications.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile or other quality management systems.
- Project Management Professional certification or other project Management credentials.
- Experience with contract management systems.
- Experience with a contingent labor system.
- Experience with a supplier management system.
- Experience with eProcurement tools (contracting, risk, catalog and punchouts, especially Coupa or equivalent market leading tools).
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.
- 2 or more languages aligned to the countries within which we do business
