Based in Warsaw, you’ll work at the heart of innovation—partnering with cross-functional teams as the procurement SME to deliver new product development (NPD) projects in NGP OND (Oral Nicotine Delivery). You’ll lead and execute all procurement activities across the innovation-to-launch process, ensuring projects go live on time, at the right cost, and with the highest quality. From supplier onboarding to cost negotiations and strategic sourcing, your impact will be felt across every stage of the product journey.

Principle Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement for NGP NPD projects, from innovation through post-launch
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams (Innovation, Quality, Ops, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure robust and transparent, policy-compliant procurement decisions aligned with KPIs
- Represent Procurement in I2L stage gates and steering committees
- Oversee new supplier onboarding in line with IMB standards
- Negotiate material costs, support annual pricing, resolve supplier issues, and assist with planning
Skills & Experience Required
- Educational background in Engineering or Sciences
- Strong experience in direct procurement, category management, and supplier onboarding; proven track record in launching new products/processes and leading projects
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a talent for delivering through others
- Skilled collaborator in matrixed and cross-functional teams
- Resilient and an expert at juggling multiple priorities in fast-changing environments
- Commercially savvy, curious, highly organized, and an excellent communicator
