We are expanding our Procurement team and looking for 2 Indirect Procurement Assistants based in Swarzędz (PL) and Andover (UK). These roles will support procurement operations for the UK, Poland, and global teams — helping to manage growing project demands, implement automation, and improve procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple procurement projects
- Manage catalogues and outline agreements in SAP
- Assist with process automation using Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA
- Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) and catalogue optimization
- Collaborate with Category Leads and cross-country procurement teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or a related area or a fresh graduate
- Familiarity with SAP or Ariba
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage tasks
- Communicative English (B2 level or higher) and Polish
- Engaged mindset and willingness to learn and grow
