Manage and maintain employee digital files, including correct codification and uploading of documents in Spanish.
Prepare standard reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with deadlines (e.g., weekly reports on leave, sick leave, temporary staff, and workforce evolution).
Update and maintain master files for headcount comparison and compliance reporting.
Generate and submit monthly reports (e.g., overtime, ERTE) to unions and Social Relations Technician.
Coordinate annual performance evaluation processes for temporary workers, ensuring timely completion and generating summary reports.
Monitor and manage time management variables: compliance with working hours, creation of annual and holiday calendars, calculation of days off for new hires and leavers.
Prepare and deliver standard employee certifications in Spanish on request.
Support remuneration consolidation processes for specific positions (e.g., foreman).
Manage sick leave cases, including scheduling and follow-up of medical appointments.
Handle internal mobility processes and monthly travel settlement approvals.
Maintain and update organizational charts.
Place SAP orders for office supplies and subcontracted HR services.
RequirementsVocational training (FP) in HR administration, social relations, or equivalent qualification.
5–7 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
Strong operational knowledge of HR services and employee administration.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel).
Expertise in SAP HR and SAP Production (orders).
Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in administrative processes.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities.
