Tasks & responsibilities
- As HR Specialist in Employee Central Team, you are responsible for the professional support and administrative activities of different complexity, following internal and external compliance regulations.
- Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting, as well as work and income related changes using our case management system or e-mail are part of your daily job.
- You contribute to projects and work in an environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
- As the owner of at least one competence center (e.g., hiring, employment data changes, termination) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or trainings to the EC team.
- If needed, you will also support our HR Direct (Front office), Recruiting, Payroll or Time Management teams as part of our business continuity model.
About our future Employee
You should be proficient in Spanish and English (both min. B2+ level) and have some experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education, preferably in HR field or related areas.
- Strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability and customer orientation
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
- Proven ability to address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model)
- Preferably experience working with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office
