HR Services Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)
Languages required: Turkish or Italian
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR Services Specialist to join our regional HR Operations team. This hands-on role acts as a vital link between our Tier 1 AskHR support and regional HR leadership, managing complex or specialised HR queries and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Handle Tier 2 HR enquiries and transactions escalated from AskHR, ensuring compliance with SLAs and internal controls
- Provide expert support across a range of HR topics, communicating professionally via email, phone, Teams chat, and in person
- Serve as a role model for high-quality service delivery, supporting and guiding Tier 1 representatives
- Identify and propose improvements to HR processes and tools in collaboration with HR Operations, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), and other cross-functional teams
- Contribute to knowledge management efforts, including content development and training
- Provide cover for colleagues during absences and take ownership of designated functional areas
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR, shared services, or a customer-facing role
- Fluency in Turkish or Italian
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with HR systems and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach
