While expanding our presence we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who is fluent in English and Mandarin to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our operations across Europe and Americas. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.
Job Description
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Play a key role in supporting the business with budgeting and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Mandarin and English, including colleagues in China and other regions
- Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards
- Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the Americas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products (esp. Excel, Power BI) and experienced with accounting systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage
- Highly organized with a great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Working experience in SAAS technology company is an advantage
