As the HR Administration Specialist you will ensure the smooth execution of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This will be a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on building financial business lines for our Warsaw and Krakow Branches in Poland.
HR Administration Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role
Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level)
Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications (preferably TETA)
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and employement related regulations
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to legalization of work of foreigner's would be an asset
Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with data and system inputs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment
Strong process-oriented thinking with a focus on end-to-end workflows and operational efficiency
Experience in managing tasks that involve several systems, tools and processes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate administration of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding process, offboarding, changing of employment conditions flow)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Ensure his/her day-to-day work is compliant with all HR Administration policies and procedures
Provide guidance to employees on personal administration related queries and concerns
Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Cooperation and communication between internal and external stakeholders
