Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Manager
Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery within the CEE Zone, collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your Role:
The Greater Impact of this Role: As a Customer Fulfilment Manager you play a critical role in ensuring that Philips delivers on its commitment to timely and accurate product delivery, impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the CEE Zone.
Team and Stakeholders: You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Customer Project Managers, Field Service Engineers, and various operational teams within our Services and Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization, as well as colleagues from Global Business Services (GBS), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) planners, the Supply Chain Business Partner, and Zone Demand Planner.

You're the Right Fit If:
1. Experience: You possess 3-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management operational role, with expertise in order management and fulfillment/logistics.
2. Skills: Strong analytical skills and data savviness and fluency in English. You demonstrate a customer-first mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder influence. Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is a surplus.
3. Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4. Anything Else: You have a broad understanding of various supply chain processes, passion for operational performance improvement, and curiosity to explore digital and automation innovations.
