Position Overview:
We're currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the EU. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform.
Your responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, helping users with their issues and questions, proactively addressing their needs, and delivering exceptional support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in rotational shifts; mornings and evenings
- Self-disciplined mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a must
- JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
