We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tracking & Tracing Specialist to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with carriers and clients. This role plays a key part in delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and trace domestic and international shipments in real time
Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely and secure deliveries
Identify delays, exceptions, or potential disruptions and escalate appropriately
Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems
Provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers
Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client-specific requirements
Analyze tracking data to identify trends or recurring issues
Working conditions:
Working schedule: Mon-Fri 1430-2330 CST / Belgrade Time: 21:30 – 06:30

Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (1+ year preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Good computer skills; experience with TMS/WMS systems is a plus
English proficiency (intermediate or higher, depending on client region)
