A Day in the Life
The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote the innovative range of Diabetes products. The jobholder is primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to public hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product, support and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole MD team.You need to have a strong understanding of the sales process, a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to drive your own success, grow market share and achieve sales revenues. This will be an opportunity to work within a team of talented and experienced sales and technical support professionals and promote highly disruptive and market leading diabetes solutions. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts and patients to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide case and technical support during the meeting with healthcare professionals
- Develop and continue to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at accounts
- Execute an annual and quarterly business plan that aligns with the Diabetes marketing/business plan to protect and grow the business further
- Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
- Preparation and support in documentation related to tenders.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Higher education, e.g., business, economics, healthcare, engineering, science
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices environment
- Good knowledge of English spoken and written and proficiency in Polish language
- Willingness to travel
- Sales abilities/persuasiveness, drive for results
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and ethical approach to responsibilities are desirable.
