We're seeking a talented and motivated HR Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of HR processes and ongoing HR projects
- Provide guidance on Polish labor law and internal policies throughout the employee lifecycle
- Assist in developing and executing initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention
- Be a point of contact for employees and managers, offering practical HR support and advice
- Help manage employee relations topics (e.g. absences, performance discussions, basic disciplinary matters)
- Maintain and update HR documentation, procedures, and policies in line with legal requirements
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making
- Collaborate with HR team members and managers to improve local HR practices
- Contribute to change management initiatives and HR process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a multinational IT company
- Good understanding of Polish labor law and HR processes
- Confident working with HR data and translating it into useful insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at various levels
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently when needed
- Fluent in Polish and English and Russian
- Able to work from the Warsaw office at least 2 days per week
- Open to giving informed feedback to managers and advocating for legal compliance and fair treatment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt HR practices to a fast-paced, evolving environment
