How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
HR Business Partner
Building a strong business relationship with the internal key stakeholders, acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach.
Delivering a high quality, professional and valued HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business and business partnership model.
Providing consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues.
Organizing career interviews, talent reviews and succession planning, monitors the identified actions.
Partnering with Business of Centres Services (BSC) and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to ensure delivery of these services
Supporting all organization transformations
Facilitating a good work culture, drives employee engagement and welfare.
Ensuring legal compliance through HR
Are you a MATCH?
Master degree
Proven HR BP experience supporting global business in a industrial environment > 3 years
Regular presence and visibility in the field is required (ready for business travels within Poland)
Knowledge and experience in all HR processes across the employment lifecycle
Previous experience in HR Transformation and Change Management programmes
Enthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects
Hands-on and “can-do” attitude
Ability to advise based on knowledge of Polish labor law
Knowledge of employment laws and practices
Languages: fluency in English
Relevant IT skills (Google Environment, G Sheets, G slides, etc).
Experience in Work Day system will be a plus
